Since 2015, Napolitivo has been bringing the authentic atmosphere of Southern Italy to a unique location at Marina Floisvou, overlooking the sea. Days at Napolitivo begin with delightful antipasti. The experience continues with authentic Neapolitan pizza crafted from premium-quality ingredients, a rich variety of pasta, fresh salads, and exquisite desserts that captivate every palate. The journey concludes with the ritual of aperitivo – the ultimate combination of relaxation and flavor, perfect for unwinding after work or enjoying a leisurely Sunday afternoon by the sea.

Authentic Neapolitan Pizza

At Napolitivo, the art of pizza becomes an experience. Certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), we create pizzas with a light, airy dough that ferments for 12-24 hours, baked in a characteristic wood-fired brick oven from Vesuvius. Our pizzaiolos, trained by maestros from Italy, bring you the genuine Neapolitan flavor just as it’s served in Naples—cut into four!

Aperitivo

Aperitivo, the beloved Italian ritual, is more than just an after-work drink. It’s a moment when a refined drink is perfectly paired with small accompanying dishes (Antipasti), capturing the essence of authentic Italian life. Saluti!

Every day, we receive carefully selected raw ingredients to serve you delicious Italian flavors.

SEMI-MATURED DOUGH

The handmade pizza dough is left to settle and rest for 12 to 24 hours, before our aspiring pizzaiolos start forming it on their own hands.

BAKED IN A WOOD OVEN

Pizza at Napolitivo is baked in a wood oven at 480°C. For the record, this wood oven came directly from Naples and has bricks from Vesuvius!

4 SLICES

Authentic Neapolitan Pizza is only for one person, and it is always cut in four slices. That’s a rule!
